We will only truly listen to what we are willing and ready to accept.
We only accept, believe, and surrender to what we are feeling in a given moment. Our emotional state determines the information we will accept. If you want to think differently, first you have to consciously begin to feel differently. Then you will be able to accept greater information.
You attract what you are.
If I am feeling sad the only things that are going to resonate with me are sad things. If I begin to feel an elevated emotion of love, then I will resonate with higher vibrational thoughts and outcomes equal to my emotional state.
It’s so easy to overlook it, but we create our lives. Not just through our thoughts, but through the way we feel, the way we act, the way we speak not only to others but to ourselves. Every thought, emotion, and action that you embrace is shaping your life.
If you want to change your life you have to start by changing yourself. There is nothing to fix out there, nothing in your environment has to change. You have to change.
Your outer environment is a reflection of your inner environment.
You have to become greater than those emotions and your reactions to your environment that keep you in the same reality. Only then can you begin to shape a new reality for yourself.
By believing so deeply in something that you cannot see yet, but you can feel, you can imagine, and you can act as if it has already occurred. If you can truly do that consciously, your life will begin to change. You will see the signs that what you are doing within is causing an effect in your environment.
How conscious are you of your behaviors?
Most of our days are spent in our program, our subconscious. The things that we have been conditioned to do and believe as a result of all our past experiences. We are reacting to our environment rather than responding to our environment. And we can live our whole lives as a program of our past experiences if we do not become conscious of our unconscious behaviors.
Like a broken record, we will repeat the same actions and thoughts everyday without ever realizing it. Creating the same outcomes and essentially living the same experiences just in a slightly different way.
Becoming self-aware and conscious of your subconscious programs is the first step to change.
You cannot see you are doing something wrong unless you stop to think about what you are doing. Unless you become conscious of your actions and the effect they are having in your life, you will not feel the need to change.
By becoming aware of yourself and what you are doing, you are now an observer of your life. Through this perspective you are able to see what you are doing and then begin to choose new behaviors. By stepping away from the program and making space between you and who you think you are, you begin to choose who you want to be instead of going into autopilot and letting your past dictate who you are.
Choose to consciously create your life.
